For a change, I woke up early in the morning today. I am not a morning person and I hate leaving my warm comfy bed too early, but today it was something different. My exams are starting from tomorrow and according to my "experienced" grandparents and parents, the best time to study is in the morning as the mind is well rested, fresh and we are most likely to stay away from distractions during this time. I decided to try it out!
I pressed my snooze button at 5am with no mood of actually getting out of my bed. This went on till 5:30 where I realized I was not foolin' anyone except myself and I have to wake up.
I stepped outside my home and I felt an unusual environment, everything seemed so different. I could see the sun rising between the clouds and the crimson glory surrounding it and just the opposite side the full moon and a star along with it was still visible. There were a mixture of cirrus and cumulus clouds in the sky. You din't know that there are types of clouds, did you?

I don't know whether studying in the morning really helped me but it surely made me refreshed and filled me with energy.
P.S Try listening to "Sun is up" by Inna early in the morning. Works wonders ;)
Do you wake up before dawn or are you a night owl ?
If you are a night owl, try waking up early just once, you would definitely see a difference.
Take care friends, have a wonderful day! :)

Nice ^_^
ReplyDeleteI love the quiet in the morning. No cars, no buses, no people hustling to work. Just me, the birds, the dew on the grass, and the sun rising.
ReplyDelete@Afni: Thank you :)
ReplyDelete@np: Nature is beautiful :)
I totally agree, when I study in the morning I seem to retain the information better and do alot better on exams. Great posts! I'm following:)

Thank you lili :)
ReplyDeleteI found you via a blog hop! I'm a night owl, but love the occasional mornings when I'm up early and you catch that time of morning when the 'renewal' happens. I used to walk early in the morning, when the city is still and quiet - it's awesome. But, I also like those wee hours, well before dawn when it's very dark and still. There is something very peaceful about it - not eerie. Great cloud pics! :-)

ReplyDeleteWell, I have insomnia, but when I get woken up, I can't go back to sleep. And yet, those hours of sleep that are sometimes as little as five hours are enough for me. I read your backstabber friend thing, and I know how you feel.
ReplyDeleteYou know how I moved? Well, this one American I had taken a liking to kinda shattered me. We had decided we were best friends, then she avoided me at school, and when I talked to her she walked away. Then, I came to school with some food she liked. She was like, "Oh, your so nice!" and held her hand out for me to give her food. Saying no felt good.
Just remember- you're better than your ex-BFF. I an see by your posts that you are easy to like, I'm sure you'll get a new one soon!
I REALLY LIKE YOUR BLOG HAI :)
ReplyDelete@Ameliorater: I guess, there are mean people all around and we just need to ignore them or else they threaten our happiness. Thank you so much. Know what ?

Knowing well early mornings are rejuvenating, I have still been a forced night owl. Actually, shouldn't blame any one-I get this weird sense that I must make the most of today before it passes off. Thanks for educating about those two types of clouds-with illustrations: wonderful! You have a huge fan following on your FB page. I have a page: Resonance Network [http://www.facebook.com/Resonance.Network] with many fans recently joining but I really want to build that one up. I like the writing-the style.
ReplyDelete@Baliring: I think it maybe because you sleep late at nights ?
ReplyDeleteDon't forget, "Early to bed, Early to rise makes you be healthy, wealthy and wise!" ;)
Thanks for visiting! :)
@Pushhyarag: You make the most of the day before it passes off, but what about starting your work as soon as the day begins ?
I think it varies from person to person.
My dogs wake me at 4 am and I couldn't be happier. I have time to compute, exercise and think before the "real day" kicks in!
ReplyDeleteI get up every morning...early...have to....got kids...hehehe
ReplyDelete@growingphasesfarm: I adore dogs, I am a proud owner of a pup :D
ReplyDelete@crystal: :D
